「醇」是法租界一家很隐蔽的上海菜餐厅。因为没有大招牌，所以很难找到。我在网上看到了评价，决定去试试。
我走了二十分钟才找到。门口只有一个小小的牌子。虽然不好找，但是终于找到了！进去以后，服务员说：「你预约到了吗？」我说：「预约到了，是七点的。」
我点了油爆虾和腌笃鲜。第一口就尝到了不一样的味道。这不是普通的上海菜，厨师把传统做法和现代创意结合在一起。我问服务员：「厨师在哪里学到这些做法的？」她说：「在上海和法国都学到了很多。」
