第一道菜来了。服务员小心地把红烧肉端上来，放在桌子中间。红烧肉的颜色是深棕色的，看起来非常诱人。我拿起筷子，把一块红烧肉夹起来，放进嘴里。
太好吃了！肉已经炖得很软，把肥肉的油脂都化开了。小李把一碗米饭递给我：「把红烧肉的汤汁浇在米饭上，更好吃。」我把汤汁浇在饭上，果然！小李笑着说：「你已经把本帮菜的精髓掌握了。」
