सुबह पाँच बजे। आप सैसून डॉक्स पर हैं। मुंबई का सबसे पुराना मछली बाज़ार। मछुआरे नावों से मछली उतार रहे हैं।
सब कुछ ताज़ा है। मछली, झींगा, केकड़ा। रंग-बिरंगा। 'ये क्या है?' आप पूछते हैं। 'ये बॉम्बे डक है, मुंबई की मशहूर मछली।'
आप कहते हैं 'मुझे लगता है ये सबसे ताज़ा मछली बाज़ार है। सच में प्रभावित हूँ। मुंबई का असली रूप!'
सुबह का नाश्ता -- चाय और वड़ा पाव, पास की दुकान से। 'ये मुंबई का सबसे अच्छा नाश्ता है!' ज़रूर सिफ़ारिश करूँगा।
